East and West: Regional Ion Mobility Mass Spec Instrument Sales Specialists

 

    

#1 Eastern half of North America based out of the Northeast   

 

#2 Western half of North America based ideally out of California

 

Our client has developed an ion mobility separation front end for mass spectrometers with applications in isomeric separations, lipidomics, glycan and carbohydrates analysis that is a complete game changer.

>>  We are searching for experienced technical sales representatives with excellent networks to early adopters to help launch these new products to the market.

 

Responsibilities: 

.         Develop territory business plan for building relationships resulting in instrument placements in your geography with Mass Spec labs in Biopharma and academia.

.         Home office based with the potential to travel 50%. Generate leads, do Zoom presentations to kick off relationships.

.         Reach out to clients to successfully get instrument proposals submitted in grant cycles and Capital expenditure budgets.

.         Provide market intelligence, competitor activity logs and utilize CRM system.

 

Requirements:

.         MUST have a deep understanding of front end mass spec separation & analysis tools in applications areas including isomeric separations, lipidomics, glycan and carbohydrates analysis .

.         10+ years of success selling novel mass spec related technology platforms to academic, biotech and pharma clients.

.         Excellent relationship selling skills coupled with a passion for bringing new technology to the market.

.         Highly motivated to succeed, excellent communication and team work skills with the ability to do Zoom presentations.

.         Self starter with reach and ability to self generate leads and open doors.

.         Undergraduate degree in the Chemistry, Life Sciences or a related field.
